CH 29.18, On the Ground, Useless

Back to the flashback.
The battle between Kiri and Zhenwu is over.
The wind attack Kiri used on Zhenwu, is fading away.
There on the ground in front of Kiri, is Zhenwu with blood everywhere.
   
[Kiri] Ha! I win!
[Zhenwu] ...

There is no response from Zhenwu.
Most of Ichoto students who saw the battle became more shocked and sorry at the same time than before for Zhenwu.

[Kong] Oouh that’ll leave a mark.
[Tao] Owhh..
[Sato] Uuooh...

Some of the students were happy to see Kiri win.

[Sagami] You did it Kiri!
[Jin] Good job.
[Ekuto] Nice. You beat him.

However, there is one student who already knew that Zhenwu would lose. It is as if this student had no hope for Zhenwu since the beginning.

[Nasumi] Huh. Knew it. What a typical loser.

But that doesn’t mean Zhenwu is hopeless. There is one student who has hope for Zhenwu. This student is most shocked to see Zhenwu is injured!

[Eruki] Zhenwu!!  *quickly runs up to Zhenwu to see if he is still alive*

While all of this is happening, there is a student who sees Zhenwu’s weakness.

[Ezo] Hmm. He wasn’t quick enough for Kiri’s fast attacks.

After a few minutes have gone by, Kiri left with Jin, Sagami, and Ekuto to celebrate Kiri’s victory. The others left afterwards to do their own business.The only people that stayed behind, while Zhenwu is on the ground unconscious, is Eruki and Ezo.
